Bathroom refurbishment in Canterbury

With the Existing Bathroom stripped out back to the External Walls the existing space was reconfigured to create a new En-suite area with Twin Basins and Underfloor Heating along with Walk in Wet Room Shower area.

Cellar collapse listed building in Dover

With the sudden collapse of the Cellar wall to a Listed Building of over 500 years old the immediate priority was to save the remaining Structure as an emergency, this was achieved by inserting Steel RSJ and Props.

Twenty-three Tonnes of Debris and Spoil removed from the Cellar area and a Concrete underpinning Structure was installed designed by a Structural Engineer.

The works completed with a new Facebrick Wall using the Original Bricks to the Conservation Officer`s approval.
